Welcome to Przibram Stud (pronounced shee-bram and named after my great grandfather), a small caviary based in North West Cumbria.
In 2006 I began hankering after some Black Tan cavies. Some preliminary enquiries revealed sows in short supply. Steve Wright of Morgan Stud kindly found me a sound foundation stud boar and brought along a young sow as a suprise bonus. In the meantime, a young man in Devon was selling up so I aquired 4 sows of Tandy cavies breeding. This foundation stock along with a Self Black from Martin Pearse has been the basis of my own lines.
The first truley homebred youngsters have been on the show circuit this season and we are looking forward to the comming year.
We can be found at shows in the North-west and further afield and look forward to seeing you there.
